Payment and cancellation details
When you pay. The Welcome Offer is taken when you book. Standard payments are then taken automatically on the 1st of each month, starting the month after you book.
Joining partway through a month. The full advertised first-month price applies. The checkout shows the amount due today and the date of your first standard payment before you pay, and the Academic Calendar shows the remaining lesson dates.
Separate programmes. Prices are per student, per programme. The Welcome Offer covers the first paid month of each programme, with standard payments taken monthly afterwards. Cancelling one programme does not cancel another.
Programme dates. The final programme payment is in June 2027 and the programme ends on 30 June 2027. Payments end automatically after June, with no July or August payment and no July or August teaching. Programmes do not renew automatically into 2027/28.
Cancellation. Cancel any individual programme by emailing orders@guidemygrades.com before its next payment is due. There is no notice period or cancellation fee. Outside the statutory 14-day cancellation period, access continues until the end of the month already paid for.
Missed lessons. If your child misses a lesson, its recording and materials are shared with you through Google Drive for catch-up. The recording is not an individual replacement lesson, and missed lessons are not refunded.
Replacement lessons. If GuideMyGrades needs to cancel a scheduled lesson, a replacement is arranged so your programme still delivers every lesson.
Currency. Payments are taken in GBP. AED prices are estimates, converted at a guide rate, so the exact amount depends on your bank’s rate on the day.
